How much does it cost?

The price depends on the details of your move. Download our app today and get a guaranteed flat fee for both small deliveries and household moves. This flat fee won't change regardless of how long your move takes. Getting a quote only takes two minutes and you don't even have to input your personal information in the app until you're ready to place the order!

The only service with an hourly rate is Labor Only, starting at $140 per hour. Price varies by city. The minimum time for this service is one hour. After that, you'll be charged in 15-min intervals.

How far can you move my stuff?

Visit our cities page for a complete list of markets we serve. We're able to complete moves within and between those markets.

What are you able to move?

Almost anything (unless it’s illegal)! We do full-house moves, retail deliveries, storage moves, small moves, donation drop-offs, junk removal, specialty items, Craigslist/FB Marketplace deliveries, vehicle shipments… you name it, we probably move it.

How far in advance do I have to place an order?

Smaller moves can be scheduled on the same day, within two hours. Bigger moves, such as household moves, must be placed at least 3 days prior.

Do I need to wait at the pickup location?

You don't! We will send you an in-app notification and text message when your crew is on their way keeping you informed every step of the way. If it's a store pickup, simply send us a picture of the receipt and we will take care of the rest.

Will they bring my items inside?

Yes, the crew will make sure your items are placed exactly where you want them. Contactless delivery is also available upon request, in which case your items would be left at your doorstep to adhere to social distancing practices.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Download the app for either iOS or Android. Let us know a few details about the move and click submit. Yes – it's that easy!

What is Labor Only?

Labor Only is a service we provide for clients that are interested in renting their own vehicle but need help loading or unloading their items. It includes two professional crew members and light disassembly/reassembly of certain items. This service does not include insurance for the items. A vehicle is not provided by Gozova.

Pro Tip: Our Household Move Services tend to be more economical and efficient than renting your own truck.

Is Labor Only Charged Hourly?

Labor Only starts at $140 per hour. Price varies by city. However, after the one-hour minimum, we will charge you in 15-min intervals. You won't have to worry about needing our help for an extra couple minutes and getting charged a full hour! You can trust we'll charge you according to the 15-min intervals.

What Types of Household Moves Do You Offer?

  • Just the big stuff: Get a lower price by having our crew move certain items, while you take care of the smaller ones. Just let us know exactly what items you are taking in the app, and we will give you a flat fee based on your details.

  • Everything: Moving your entire place and want us to take care of everything? Select this option to avoid having to lift a finger. Just tell us a little bit about where you're moving to and from and we'll give you a flat fee based on your details.

Both Household Move options include a vehicle, at least two professional crew members, light disassembly/reassembly of certain items, and insurance for items moved.

What happens after I've scheduled an order?

We will send you a text message and confirmation email with additional information on how to be prepared for your big day! On the day of the order, you will receive a notification when the crew is on their way. After your move, you'll be able to pay and tip directly from the app.

What if I have more items to add?

If you have more items to add, please reach out to our Gozova support and we will gladly add those to your order. We can also take items off that are no longer needed. Please remember that we base the vehicles we send for your orders based on the items listed (itemized orders only) and need time to schedule the correct crew. We ask that you please submit all final changes within 24 hours of your move.

How do I prepare for my move?

Please make sure your items are disassembled and packed prior to the crew's arrival. We will provide moving blankets, straps and plastic wrap to ensure your items are always protected.

What to expect the day of the move?

On the day of your order, you will get an in-app notification when the crew is on their way to the pickup location. You will then be able to track them in the app as they transport your items to the destination.

When the order is completed, you'll be able to pay and tip in the app with no cash needed. Please remember to let us know how we did by rating us in the app and leaving a review on any of our social media accounts!

How do I know my items are safe?

Your safety is our priority – which is why our crew members are background-checked, we provide blankets, straps, and plastic wrap for transportation, and all items are insured for both small deliveries and household moves. Please keep in mind that Labor Only orders do not include insurance for the items, nor a vehicle.

When will I be charged?

We do not charge you for your order until after the crew hits the complete button on their end. At that time you will be able to complete payment within the app and add an optional tip.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your order at any time before your driver is on their way! If your driver is already on the way, we will charge a cancellation fee to the card on file. The cancellation fee for orders under $300 is 20% and for orders over $300 is $150. We appreciate 24 hour notice for cancellations and reschedules.

How much does it cost?

What are you able to move?

We can move almost anything for you as long as it is legal! Whether you need to move a few items or your entire house, deliver a new couch, drop-off donation items, or remove junk, you name it, we probably can move it.

What if I rent or own my own truck?

Our moving services that include a truck tend to be more economical and efficient than renting your own truck. However, if you prefer, we can also help you load and unload your own truck with our labor only services.

What services do you offer?

Gozova offers moves of any size ranging from single-item pickups to moving an entire home. If you want to transport your own items, but need help loading and unloading, we also offer labor only services. Packing and unpacking services are available in certain markets as an add-on to your move.

What Types of Moves Do You Offer?

Only specific items: Customize your move by listing the specific items you’re moving. This is the best option if you’re not moving every room in your residence.
Your entire place: Move your entire place, storage unit or office, based on square footage. This is the best option if you’re moving every room in your residence. Both moving options guarantee a flat rate, include a vehicle, at least two professional crew members, light disassembly/reassembly of certain items, and base coverage for items moved.

What is included with Moving - "Only Specific items"?

“Only specific items” includes a flat rate based on the items you selected (no hidden fees or time limit), flexibility to control cost based on items, professional crew with a vehicle, light disassembly and reassembly of certain items, blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, and complementary base coverage.

What is included with Moving - "Your entire place"?

Everything within your household will be moved, a flat rate based on the square footage (no hidden fees or time limit), a professional crew with an appropriate vehicle, light disassembly and reassembly of certain items, blankets, shrink wrap and dollies, and complementary base coverage. Packing and unpacking are available as an add-on.

What is included with Delivery?

Delivery of your items with a flat rate based on the items you selected, professional crew with a vehicle, light disassembly and reassembly of certain items, blankets, shrink wrap and dollies, and complementary base coverage.

What is included with Labor Only?

Labor Only is a great option if you need help loading or unloading your truck, moving furniture around the house, or setting up for an event. It includes two professional crew members (contact us to request additional crew members), blankets, and dollies. Disclaimer: No vehicle or coverage is included with this service.

Booking and payment

How far in advance do I have to place an order?

Smaller moves and deliveries can be scheduled on the same day, within two hours. Bigger moves must be placed at least 3 days prior.

All moves and deliveries in Nashville, Tampa, and Orlando must be scheduled 5 days in advance.

How do I book an order or get a quote?

Click get started on our website. Let us know a few details about the move and click submit. Yes – it's that easy!

How do I pay?

No upfront payment is required. We ask that you put a credit card on file in your account either through the website or in the wallet section on the bottom left of the screen on the Gozova app. Then once your move is completed, you can easily pay and tip through our app or on our website. We highly suggest making all transactions including tip through our app to ensure the most secure form of payment.

If you are interested in financing options, select pay over time with affirm at checkout.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Order reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the service window or you will be charged a 20% fee (up to $150) to the card on file. You will not be charged for any reschedules or cancellations before that time period.

If you book within 24 hours of your service window and decide to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the cancellation fee to the card on file.

Do you offer packing and unpacking services?

Professional packing and unpacking services are available as an add-on to your move in every market except Nashville, Tampa, and Orlando.

Packing price is contingent upon a walk-through or video conference that our team will schedule with you after booking. Your items will be packed the day before your move. If selected, unpacking will happen the day after your move. The provider fulfilling your packing services is not guaranteed to be the same provider fulfilling your move.

Moving Day

What to expect the day of the move?

On the day of your order, you will get an in-app notification when the crew is on their way to the pickup location. You will then be able to track them in the app as they transport your items to the destination.

When the order is completed, you'll be able to pay and tip in the app with no cash needed. Please remember to let us know how we did by rating us in the app and leaving a review on any of our social media accounts!

Do I need to wait at the pickup location?

We will send you an in-app notification and text message when your crew is on their way keeping you informed every step of the way so you don’t have to wonder when your crew will arrive. We do ask that you are at the location for moves. If it's a store pickup, simply send us a picture of the receipt and we will take care of the rest delivering it straight to you!

How will I know when my moving crew is coming?

When booking your order you chose a one hour window. Your moving crew will arrive within that one- hour window, but you will receive an in-app notification and text message when they are on the way and when they have arrived. You can track your crew and items along the way in the app.

Will I need to be there for the move?

Yes, you, or a designated individual, will need to be present for your move to let the moving crew into your residence and to answer any questions about moving your items.

Will they bring my items being delivered inside?

Yes, the crew will make sure your items are placed exactly where you want them. Contact-less delivery is also available upon request, in which case your items would be left at your doorstep to adhere to social distancing practices.

Will I need to disassemble/reassemble my items?

Light disassembly and reassembly such as headboards, footboards, and table legs is included. If other larger items need to be taken apart, we ask that you disassemble them ahead of time.

After your move is complete

How do I tip/how much do I tip?

You can easily tip your crew members from our app or with cash. Tip amount is up to your discretion. If you are unsure, the service industry standard is always appropriate.

What if one of my items is damaged during the move?

If one of your items is damaged during your move, please reach out to the Gozova support team and we will make sure it is taken care of according to our terms of service (terms address here).
